ABR SESTA specialises in trade research both in terms of shop offers and customer behaviour. Research results provided by the Agency enable commercial companies to enhance their servicesplan strategiescontrol and increase sales. In addition, ABR SESTA supports the process of promotion and merchandising monitoring while also assisting sales, category management, trade marketing and pricing departments. We provide marketing departments of companies with substantial support, among other things, by running consumer research, regarding brand awareness or ad effectiveness.


ABR SESTA is the Polish leader in NPVO research (non-participant video observation), thanks to which, with the help of video cameras, manufacturers and retail chains receive a report on consumer behaviour during shopping. In addition, it has a state-of-the-art system of collecting data from shops concerning prices, promotions, shelf shares and distribution. The Agency’s great asset is developing business intelligence systems and research applications. Thanks to the financial support from the European Union, the Company was able to develop modern research methods and implement innovations in its technologies, such as the service which permits to use palmtops with scanners for field research.

We continue to introduce new ideas and technological solutions so as to build a distinct offer on the Polish market. We want to be leaders in our field and we will do our best in order to maintain our high position in Poland, says Sebastian Starzyński, CEO of ABR SESTA.

At present, ABR SESTA employs 40 full-time workers – specialists in market research, data analysis, databases, marketing management and social sciences. It cooperates with 10 consultants dealing with research and technology and nearly 700 interviewers countrywide. The Agency has received the PKJPA certificate in five research categories (CAPI, PAPI, Mystery Shopping, Retail Audit and qualitative research). – ABR SESTA aims to provide top quality services so as to enable our clients to obtain information regarding their own activities or the market and use it in order to enhance particular elements of their operations.
