ABR SESTA specialises in trade research both in terms of shop offers and customer behaviour. Research results provided by the Agency enable commercial companies to enhance their services, plan strategies, control and increase sales. In addition, ABR SESTA supports the process of promotion and merchandising monitoring while also assisting sales, category management, trade marketing and pricing departments. We provide marketing departments of companies with substantial support, among other things, by running consumer research, regarding brand awareness or ad effectiveness.
ABR SESTA is the Polish leader in NPVO research (non-participant video observation), thanks to which, with the help of video cameras, manufacturers and retail chains receive a report on consumer behaviour during shopping. In addition, it has a state-of-the-art system of collecting data from shops concerning prices, promotions, shelf shares and distribution. The Agency’s great asset is developing business intelligence systems and research applications. Thanks to the financial support from the European Union, the Company was able to develop modern research methods and implement innovations in its technologies, such as the service which permits to use palmtops with scanners for field research.
