Audits of points of sale have been our specialty for over 25 years. Every year, we carry out tens of thousands of measurements as part of Retail Audit. At ABR SESTA, our research also contributes to the improvement of the external appearance of the point of sale, its display quality and optimal arrangement of products.
In addition, at points of sale, we test the quality of service and verify the application of internal procedures using Mystery Shopper. For the effective collection of information about consumer behavior, going beyond the declarations we recommend non-participant video surveillance (NVPO). We also conduct in-depth interviews and assisted shopping in brick-and-mortar stores.
